The former Middlesex University campus is being developed by Berkeley Group into a housing estate of approximately 262 houses and flats. After extensive public consultation, planning permission was granted in 2017. Construction began in late 2017 and is expected to last for about 5 years. The work includes a lot of landscape restoration and the heritage assets will be re-purposed into homes.
